Job summary

SIXT USA in Kahului, Hawaii, is seeking a Fleet Planner to optimize day-to-day fleet operations and ensure efficiency and safety across the service. You will plan, dispatch, and track vehicle movements to meet hourly, daily, and weekly demand and coordinate inter-branch transfers.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year admin experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel 5–10%. Expect 40 hours per week with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year of admin tasks in office, auto dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized; manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders and documentation.
• Must be 18+, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, work legally in the US.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, some travel (5–10%), and wear a company uniform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet planning and operations for efficiency and safety.
• Monitor shift activities: vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs.
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches to maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.
