Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Fleet Planner to oversee day-to-day fleet planning and operations in Kahului, HI. You will ensure efficiency and safety while forecasting demand, dispatching vehicles, and coordinating transfers across branches.

We offer growth opportunities and a starting pay rate of at least $23.75 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a 401k option. A valid US driver’s license and ability to work in the United States without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of admin tasks in an office, auto dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental setting preferred.
• Basic computer navigation and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized with ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
• Monitor shift activities including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future needs.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches to maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth car rental transactions and inventory control.
