Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Planner in Kahului, Hawaii to manage day-to-day fleet planning and operations, ensuring efficiency and safety while forecasting demand and coordinating vehicle transfers.

You will monitor shifts, vehicle movements, schedules, and future needs, ensuring optimal fleet performance and service levels across branches. This role requires strong organizational skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year admin experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and MS Office.
• Strong organizational skills for fleet inventory and schedules.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet planning and operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet needs.
• Plan and dispatch vehicles based on hourly, daily, and weekly demand forecasts.
• Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches to maintain service levels.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth car rental transactions and inventory control.
