Job summary

EPC Power Corp. seeks a proactive Fleet Performance Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for EPC Power’s largest and strategic customers.

This role ensures a consistent, reliable interface for account-level communication, escalation handling, and operational visibility across the fleet. You will translate technical status and analytics into clear updates for stakeholders with varying technical understanding, leverage monitoring tools to support proactive engagement, and identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Understanding of and compliance with all customer and EPC Power safety policies.
• Working knowledge of utility-scale system-level concepts, terminology, and operating states.
• Experience interpreting high-level alarms, alerts, and fleet health indicators.
• Strong ability to translate technical, operational, and analytical information for diverse audiences.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating effectively across cross-functional teams.
