Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking a proactive Fleet Performance Manager to be the primary interface for its large strategic customers in California.

You will ensure clear account-level communication, escalation handling, and strong operational visibility across teams. You will translate technical status into stakeholder-friendly updates, leverage fleet monitoring tools, and drive proactive maintenance opportunities to improve fleet performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Understanding and compliance with all customer and EPC Power safety policies.
Experience interpreting high-level alarms, alerts, and fleet health indicators.
Ability to translate technical, operational, and analytical information for diverse audiences.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for EPC Power’s larger and strategic customers.
Ensure a consistent interface for account-level communication, escalation management, and operational visibility.
Translate technical information and system status into clear updates for customer stakeholders.
Leverage fleet monitoring tools and data analytics to support proactive engagement and issue awareness.
Identify maintenance or parts opportunities to improve fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
