Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Manager, Fleet Performance to lead fleet-wide performance across marine systems, processes, and people. You will align shipboard and shoreside teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure optimal utilization of all marine platforms.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in marine operations or fleet management.
Proven track record driving multi-vessel performance and system adoption.
Strong knowledge of marine digital systems and data quality.
Cross-department collaboration with HR, IT, Safety and Training.

Responsibilities

Drive fleet-wide marine performance across systems, establishing expectations for shipboard teams.
Identify gaps and drive process improvement through standardization.
Champion effective use of marine digital systems onboard; ensure data quality and consistency.
Monitor defect management and issue tracking (e.g., IssueTrax); review trends and drive actions.
Drive PMS engagement and database quality for maintenance planning and standardization.
Partner with IT to align system enhancements with performance objectives; with HR for staffing plans.
Promote accountability and continuous improvement across marine teams.
Provide regular fleet performance reporting to leadership with risks, trends, and opportunities.
