Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Manager, Fleet Performance - Marine Operations to lead fleet-wide performance across systems, processes, and people. You will align shipboard and shoreside teams, optimize marine system use, and drive continuous improvement in operational excellence across the fleet.

You will partner with IT and HR to ensure system enhancements, data quality, and forward-looking staffing plans, delivering regular performance reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in marine operations, fleet management, or related maritime role.
• Experience driving multi-vessel performance and system adoption.
• Knowledge of marine digital systems (PMS, defect tracking, issue tracking).
• Cross-department collaboration with HR, Training, Safety, IT.
• Understanding of staffing models, manning, and par level planning.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet-wide marine performance across systems and shipboard teams.
• Identify fleet gaps and drive process improvements via standardization.
• Champion use of marine digital systems onboard and ensure data quality.
• Monitor defect management and issue tracking for timely resolutions.
• Improve PMS engagement and maintenance planning across the fleet.
• Collaborate with IT to align system roadmaps with operations.
• Support fleet manpower planning and forward-looking gap management.
• Provide regular fleet performance reporting to leadership.
