Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection seeks a Manager, Fleet Performance - Marine Operations to lead fleet-wide performance across shipboard systems, processes, and people. You will partner with IT and HR to align roadmaps, manage data quality, and drive continuous improvement across the fleet.

As the primary performance lead, you will provide regular reporting to senior leadership and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years in marine operations, fleet management or related maritime role.
• Experience driving fleet or multi-vessel performance and operational execution.
• Knowledge of marine digital systems (PMS, defect management, issue tracking).
• Collaboration with HR, Training, Safety, IT.
• Understanding of staffing models, manning and par level planning.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; experience with executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive fleet-wide marine performance across systems and shipboard teams.
• Identify gaps and drive standardization across the fleet.
• Champion use of marine digital systems onboard with data quality and meaningful insights.
• Monitor defect management and issue tracking for trends and timely resolutions.
• Drive maintenance planning and fleetwide standardization with PMS data quality.
• Align system enhancements with operational needs and performance objectives.
• Coordinate with HR on par levels and forward-looking manpower planning.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across marine teams.
• Provide operational support to leadership and assist with procurement and approvals.
• Deliver regular fleet performance reports highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities.
