Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree in related field or 1-2 years related experience based on education path.
• 3+ years of transportation experience preferred.
• Demonstrates decision-making ability with little supervision.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver supervisor and primary communications link to drivers.
• Manage driver performance and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan workload.
• Escalate driver issues to HR or appropriate departments and ensure timely handling.
• Promote safety and maintain hours of service compliance and CSA considerations.
