Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver's supervisor/representative in Operations.
• Manage drivers' performance and be primary communication link to drivers.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan workload.
• Work with Service and Breakdown departments to maintain equipment and meet schedules.
• Escalate driver complaints to the appropriate department and handle promptly.
