Job summary

Transco Lines Inc. seeks a Driver Manager to supervise and represent the driver team within Operations. You will communicate load details, advances and maintenance coordination while driving superb driver and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include ensuring 97% data entry accuracy, minimizing service failures, coordinating with HR on driver medical conditions, and working with Load Planners to plan workloads. A 2-year degree and transportation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in related field or equivalent.
• 3 years of transportation experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with TMW Database software and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sole communications link to driver including load information, advances and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure 97% data entry accuracy and controlled driver turnover.
• Coordinate with HR on drivers' medical conditions and attendance issues.
• Work with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan future workloads.
• Maintain safety practices, hours of service, CSA scores, and service levels.
