Job summary

Transco Lines Inc is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a fleet supervision capacity. You will monitor vehicle systems, coach drivers on safe driving practices, and manage daily reports to resolve issues.

The role requires clear communication, a valid driver's license, and self-motivation. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, handling public driver inquiries, and supporting training for staff on safety processes and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to clearly communicate in written and oral communications, including presentations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-directed, organized, and self-motivated to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Hourly checking of vehicle monitoring systems - Speed Gauge, Smart Drive, lane departure systems, and others if installed.
• Proactive coaching or advising drivers in observed driving behaviors.
• Running daily reporting and taking the appropriate measures in resolving repeat issues and concerns.
• Ensuring drivers adhere to driving laws, FMCSA regulations, and company policies.
• Following up with drivers on calls from the public regarding a driving concern.
• Proactive elevation of events or areas of concern.
• Being available for phone calls from our driving partners.
• Training other employees in the above as assigned.
• Various projects as needed.
