Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager. The role focuses on asset procurement/disposal, asset management, and maintenance with emphasis on total cost of ownership across the fleet.

The position is hybrid, with time split between office and remote work, and requires strong technical, financial, and leadership capabilities. The compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 with a 15% bonus and travel 60–70%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in shop/equipment maintenance and management.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience in construction/materials industry

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication and conference calls with Division and Business Unit Equipment Managers with involvement from Division Procurement Specialists.
• Work with Business Units to optimize operating conditions at sites to improve overall equipment performance capacity matching.
