Mustang Rental Services is seeking a Fleet Specialist to optimize the performance and utilization of our rental fleet across the Houston and Beaumont region. You will track equipment performance, maintain accurate fleet data, and help position assets where needed most.

You’ll collaborate with Fleet Managers and branch teams, turning data into actionable decisions while supporting rotations, readiness, and pricing analysis for large jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet operations, analytics, logistics, or asset management.
• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to interpret operational data and identify actionable trends.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsabilités

• Monitor fleet utilization, time on rent, idle equipment, age, and asset performance.
• Maintain fleet dashboards and recurring performance reports.
• Analyze equipment performance to identify underutilized assets.
• Ensure fleet information accuracy in ERP and asset tracking systems.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and Service teams to track movement and readiness.
• Support fleet planning for large customer jobs and changing demand.
• Prepare data and analysis to support pricing, operational, and fleet investment decisions.
