Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide and source parts for fleet customers, leveraging your automotive knowledge and parts experience. You will assist team members and answer customer questions while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will ask the right questions to ensure accurate parts are researched, sourced, and confirmed for availability, contributing to a seamless customer experience and positive revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Background in automotive industry or hands-on auto work is a plus.
• Familiarity with cataloging, sourcing, or inventory systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for fleet customers and our NAPA team.
• Assist other team members with parts questions and customer inquiries.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Ask questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
