NAPA is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to provide and source parts for our fleet customers, leveraging parts knowledge to assist teammates and customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will ask questions to ensure correct parts are found, inform customers on availability, and demonstrate excellent communication. A valid driver’s license and prior parts experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Must have strong parts knowledge and customer service mindset.
• Experience in automotive parts store or industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in an environment near an airport; adaptable and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for fleet customers.
• Assist other NAPA team members and answer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage with management and technicians.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched.
• Inform customers on parts availability and lead times.
