Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist for our NAPA family. The role focuses on sourcing and providing parts for fleet customers, leveraging parts knowledge to assist teammates and answer customer questions.

You will deliver outstanding service, engage with management and technicians, and maintain high energy in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver’s license and a willingness to learn auto parts are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Assist other team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
