USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist who can help fleet customers find the right parts and answer questions with enthusiasm. You don’t need to be a mechanic, but knowledge of automotive parts is preferred, and you’ll join a team that values growth and internal advancement.

You will source parts, assist team members, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment near the airport area.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical or trade school coursework or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members and customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
