Transdev in Norcross, GA is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving, and stocking of diesel parts with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role supports maintenance teams and ensures timely parts availability in a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in a parts room, with strong computer skills and attention to detail. DOT testing compliance is required where applicable for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of parts room experience.
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and stocking of diesel parts and supplies
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
• Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Source parts from vendors and negotiate pricing when necessary
• Track and monitor backorders and expedite urgent parts requests
• Maintain records of purchases, warranties, and vendor information
• Ensure proper storage and organization of parts in the warehouse
• Process invoices and ensure accuracy of billing and documentation
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for parts and supplies
• Follow all safety and compliance standards related to parts handling and storage
