Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor in Duluth, GA. You will check in parts, reconcile documents, stock inventory, and process pricing and rebates, while coordinating with OEMs and dealers.

Excellent communication, reliability, and Microsoft Office skills are essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities in a network of dealerships across the Southeast and Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders; follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
