Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor to join our dealership team. You will verify parts receipts, organize stock, and process pricing and rebates while coordinating with OEMs and parts staff.

The role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and strong communication skills, with benefits and a team-focused environment. Minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.
• High School Diploma, College, or technical training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders; follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
