Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor to join our parts team. You will check in parts, reconcile receiving, and prepare items for sale while ensuring pricing accuracy and stock integrity.

The ideal candidate has prior parts experience, strong math and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. College or technical training is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Prior parts experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable with good attendance record.
• High School Diploma; college or technical training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM for accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged/missing/wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders; follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding transfers between Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
