Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is hiring an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor in Duluth, GA. This role involves checking in parts, reconciling shipments, preparing parts for sale, and maintaining accurate pricing and invoicing.

You will manage stock, process rebates, and coordinate with OEMs and delivery drivers. The position emphasizes reliability, math and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with opportunities for professional growth within a 30-dealership network.

Qualifications

• Prior parts experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
• Other duties, as assigned.
