Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking an Inventory Control & Parts Expeditor to ensure accurate parts receiving, pricing, and stock. You will check in parts, prepare for sale, and organize inventory to support dealership operations.

This role involves precise invoicing, rebate processing, shipping and supplier coordination, with opportunities for growth within a 30-dealership network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college/tech training preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts and reconcile receiving checklist to packing slips to ensure all parts and quantities are received and that pricing is accurate.
• Prepare parts for sale and verify dealer net price.
• Stock inventory including organizing shelves and rotating stock.
• Process, file and code all rebates monthly.
• Review and code invoices from OEM to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that all dealership and OEM invoices are scanned and maintained properly.
• File discrepancies with OEM for damaged, missing or wrong parts received.
• Ship parts to assigned locations.
• Complete purchase orders for parts; verify all prices before parts are received and posted.
• Track orders for counter sales and repair orders, follow up with vendors as necessary.
• Communicate with parts counter personnel and delivery drivers regarding parts transfers from other Nextran locations.
• Core management from core credit to customer to processing returns to assigned location.
• Other duties, as assigned.
