Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator for our Roanoke team. You will support daily fleet management, schedule maintenance, track mileage and fuel, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This role offers hands-on exposure to fleet operations within a dynamic logistics environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of admin/coordination experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Excel and fleet management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or qualification in Logistics or Fleet Management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fleet or transport environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with fleet management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
• Track mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records using fleet management software.
• Ensure vehicles comply with safety regulations and licensing requirements.
• Support drivers with operational queries and resolve vehicle-related issues.
• Process invoices related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
• Maintain accurate records for all fleet activities and documentation.
