Placements24 seeks a Fleet Management Administrator to support the daily operations of a growing logistics fleet in Welkom, Free State. The role focuses on keeping detailed fleet records, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting drivers and service providers.

You will work in a hybrid setup, manage documentation, monitor fuel usage, and generate performance reports to drive cost savings and efficiency in transportation services.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in fleet administration or logistics support.
• Experience maintaining vehicle records and maintenance schedules.
• Knowledge of South African road regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with fleet management software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain comprehensive fleet records including registration, licenses and insurance.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage driver documents, licenses and driving records for compliance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and identify efficiency improvements.
• Process fleet-related invoices (maintenance, fuel, tolls).
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Assist in tracking vehicle location and performance via software.
• Respond to driver inquiries and support vehicle operations.
• Generate reports on fleet status, costs, and maintenance schedules.
