Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Fleet Coordinator Specialist to support fleet operations, routing coordination, compliance monitoring, and daily driver support. This remote role requires up to 60% travel and operates within a matrix structure alongside Fleet Leadership.

You will advise on driver assignments, oversee MMC routes, monitor DOT compliance, track safety verifications, and contribute to administrative tasks such as PO tracking and data reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• HS Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 60%
• Familiarization with FMCSA and DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide routing input: advise leadership on driver assignments and routing decisions.
• Oversee MMC routes and support route planning adjustments.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with the Maintenance FLC Admin.
• Monitor DOT hours, logs, and routing activity for compliance.
• Lead weekly driver meetings and deliver pass-down reports.
