Job summary

Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a Fleet Coordinator Specialist to support fleet operations, routing coordination, compliance monitoring, and daily driver support. The role requires alignment with Fleet Leadership within a matrix structure and acts as an advisory and execution resource.

The position is fully remote with up to 60% travel. You will lead weekly driver meetings, manage routing meetings, and assist with onboarding of new hires while ensuring DOT regulations and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating routes for mobile clinics or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to audit data and generate reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MMC routes and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate events requiring transportation and perform biomed transport inspections.
• Assist with travel arrangements and general logistics for operations.
