Job summary

Stic, a founder-led fleet operations company in Los Angeles, seeks a hands-on Fleet Operations specialist. You will split time between fieldwork with drivers and office work to drive engagement, communications, and rapid expansion. You will help deploy scalable processes as Stic grows nationally.

You’ll manage multiple initiatives, coordinate campaigns, and travel to new markets, using AI tools to accelerate speed while preserving the quality of driver relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-project management without losing sight of the big picture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Outstanding customer service and ambassadorial presence.
• Based in Los Angeles with willingness to travel for launches.
• Comfortable building processes in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with car wrapping is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prep vehicles for Stic certification and decal installation.
• Deliver a driver experience that motivates referrals and advocacy.
• Build and run email and SMS campaigns engaging drivers and prospects.
• Own day-to-day communication with the driver community across channels.
• Support inventory management and reporting to keep operations clean.
• Help build repeatable systems as new markets open.
• Leverage AI tools to move faster while maintaining driver experience.
• Travel to new cities and set up local operations from the ground up.
