Job summary

Resiliv is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day coordination of field drivers, fleet assets, and equipment across international regions. You will drive delivery excellence by monitoring KPIs, safety, reporting, and compliance while partnering with regional teams, drivers, fleet partners, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, or mapping projects.
• Ability to manage and coach remote field teams.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate effectively.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, telematics, and field reporting tools.
• Experience with training, performance audits, or quality control is a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license (minimum 1-year validity preferred).
• Ability to work across different timezones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of daily field operations to ensure Target Kilometers and coverage plans are achieved.
• Coordinate driver scheduling, readiness, training completion, telematics onboarding, and compliance checks.
• Drive operational productivity—monitor active cars, mapping hours, daily output, and resource availability.
• Ensure safety, parking, disk handling, and equipment guidelines are strictly followed.
• Respond to incidents (accidents, PR issues, technical failures) within required SLA timeframes.
• Produce required daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate performance metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, execute corrective actions, and upscale risks promptly.
• Oversee fleet readiness, equipment distribution, consumable management, and chain‑of‑custody.
• Support resource scaling (ramp‑up and ramp‑down) to meet operational demand within required timelines.
• Maintain strong communication across internal teams and external client partners.

Job description

The Field Operations Specialist is responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination and performance management of field drivers, operations, vehicles, and equipment. This role ensures delivery excellence in productivity, quality, incident response, reporting, safety, and compliance by following established operational guidelines.

You will partner with regional teams, drivers, fleet partners, and client stakeholders to ensure production goals and KPIs are consistently achieved.
