Stellios Technologies is seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff, Founder Operations, to work directly with the founder across recruiting, legal/compliance, facilities, procurement, communications, scheduling, and special projects. The mandate is to take operational tasks off the founder’s plate and deliver results, with opportunity to evolve into significant operating leadership as the company scales.

• Ability to execute both strategic initiatives and routine operational tasks.

• Remove operational burden from the founder and deliver results.
• Grow into operating leadership as Stellios scales.
• Coordinate external legal, accounting, recruiting, HR, web, PR, and vendor teams.
• Work on recruiting, legal/compliance, facilities, procurement, communications, scheduling, and special projects.
