Job summary

Intrepid Travel is seeking a Fleet and Operations Coordinator to ensure our people, vehicles, gear, and facilities are ready to deliver safe, high-quality experiences in the field. You will support fleet systems, driver compliance, and field-readiness workflows, while maintaining essential checklists and communication channels.

The role involves hands-on operational support under the Fleet Manager, including warehouse organization, facility maintenance, and occasional shuttle driving to keep

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the travel industry preferred.
• Meets DOT driving requirements and must pass background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks during shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet systems, vehicle and driver compliance, and field-readiness workflows.
• Maintain systems, checklists, and communication processes for fleet assets and operations.
• Provide hands-on operational support including warehouse organization, facility maintenance, and shuttle driving.
