NAPA Auto Parts Private Fleet in White, GA is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead dock operations, oversee the Operations team schedule and performance, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with service centers and other locations to meet goals and deliver reliable service.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of lead dock/warehouse experience in transportation, 2+ years in LTL, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office,

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior dock/warehouse Lead experience in the transportation industry.
• At least 2 years of LTL experience.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations Personnel workhours via Workday and Kronos.
• Responsible for the Operations Team Training, Development and Performance.
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
• Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts and manual handling.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
• Adhere to company safety policies.
