Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts Private Fleet is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead daily transportation operations, ensuring timely deliveries and safe loading. You will manage shifts, track shipments with mobile devices, and coordinate with service centers.

You must have 4 years of lead dock experience, 2 years of LTL experience, and proficiency with Kronos, Workday and McLeod systems. This role supports a fast-paced logistics environment in Georgia.

Qualifications

• 4 years of prior dock/warehouse Lead experience in the transportation industry.
• At least 2 years of LTL experience.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock/warehouse operations and lead the Operations Team.
• Manage the Operations Team workhours via Workday and Kronos.
• Coordinate with service centers and other locations to meet goals.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
• Safely load/unload freight and operate pallet jacks/forklifts as required.
• Verify and complete required documentation and reports.
