Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support branch operations in Georgia. You will supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff, plan work schedules, and ensure timely expediting of parts for delivery to customers and other branches.

You will enforce policies, monitor performance, and drive accuracy in stock pulling and documentation. Qualified candidates have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of general warehouse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
• OSHA approved steel-toed safety shoes required from day one.

Responsibilities

• Review work throughout the process and at completion to ensure effectiveness.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels and respond to workload changes.
• Provide direction and assist in solving problems with employees; enforce policies and procedures.
• Monitor and document employee performance and create improvement plans; recommend pay increases with approval.
• Ensure stock is pulled and loaded with necessary documents, maintaining high accuracy.
• Operate and ensure warehouse equipment is in safe, working condition.
• Report work-related injuries to the third-party administrator.
