Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: planning, scheduling, and assigning work to technicians.
• Labor management: training and performance reviews of personnel.
• Customer management: ensure satisfaction and vehicle uptime; communicate PM schedules and statuses.
• Asset management: maintain shop tools, equipment, and parts inventory.
• Quality management: inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Financial management: cost control, payroll approvals, and invoicing reconciliation.
