Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is preferred for leading shop teams.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repairs is beneficial for maintenance operations.]
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Work analysis, planning and scheduling for technicians and assigning work.
• Track productivity and conduct shift/shop meetings; RO review and approval.
