You will optimize labor, supervise managers and technicians, and ensure performance against key metrics and SOPs while balancing customer needs and financial targets. The role emphasizes strategic planning, staff development, and process improvement in a fast-paced Ryder field operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required, associate degree preferred.
• Experience in operations leadership with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and financial awareness in a maintenance setting.
• Experience in labor planning and scheduling is valued.
• Knowledge of shop management systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization to maximize productivity.
• Lead management teams across multiple locations and ensure staff development.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and uptime through effective operations management.
• Direct budget planning, cost control, and vendor interactions for maintenance services.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with company policies and SOPs.
