• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

• Labor management: training and development of personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: align with Customer Care Plan and service quality.

• Quality management: inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions; safety compliance.
