Flint South Solutions is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead logistics operations. The role is full-time with a salary range of $42,000 to $55,840 and requires at least 3 years in transportation or logistics, plus a valid CDL.

You will manage drivers, coordinate with customers and vendors, and drive efficiency across the fleet. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in transportation or logistics.
• Strong communication skills and a clean driving record are required.
• Valid CDL license is needed, with Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the transportation fleet and ensure efficient, safe delivery of goods.
• Manage a team of drivers and support staff, guiding and ensuring policy compliance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and keep all vehicles in optimal condition.
• Coordinate with customers and other departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track performance metrics and implement improvements based on data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and safety standards.
