Rentals To Go LLC is seeking a Driver/Yard Supervisor to lead yard operations and supervise branch technicians at our Fort Worth, TX location. The role combines transportation coordination with team leadership.

You will coordinate routes, manage staffing, oversee safety programs, and ensure asset readiness while maintaining strong cross‑department communication. CDL preferred and training will start in Balch Springs, Texas.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CDL (Class A or B) with endorsements, or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• An understanding of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates all yard activity and supervises branch technicians.
• Plans routes with Operations Coordinator & Routers to maximize efficiency.
• Oversees staffing levels and collaborates with departments for smooth operations.
• Ensures safety program compliance and coordinates safety training.
• Reviews driver timecards and assists with payroll and leave scheduling.
• Drive/operate vehicles as needed to cover routes and mentor new drivers.
• Maintain yard organization and equipment readiness.
