Job summary

The Missouri Department of Corrections seeks a Fleet Coordinator (Executive I) to oversee all fleet operations, manage vehicle logs and licensing, and act as a liaison with vehicle maintenance teams.

You will prepare fleet reports, maintain records in FleetWave, monitor budgets, and handle WEX cards and loss notices, with duties aimed at ensuring reliable transportation across the department.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a Senior Office Support Assistant or four+ years of office/clerical experience.
• Training from a vocational or business school may substitute for the required experience at a rate of 30 credit hours or 480 clock hours for one year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Department's Fleet operations as Fleet Coordinator (Executive I salary) and supervise one SOSA.
• Receive/review monthly vehicle logs; assist with yearly fleet budget; order license plates; fleet records retention; manage titling/licensing of all DOC vehicles and trailers; prepare/submit fleet reports; review vehicle/trailer requests; manage WEX fuel cards; manage Auto Loss Notices.
• Serve as liaison between OA Fleet and OA Vehicle Maintenance; oversee Fleet information in the FleetWave system.
