Job summary

Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking a Fleet Coordinator (Executive I salary) to oversee the Department's fleet operations. The role requires coordinating monthly vehicle logs, budgeting, licensing, titling, and fleet reporting while supervising one SOSA.

The position serves as the liaison between OA Fleet and Vehicle Maintenance and will ensure accurate FleetWave recordkeeping. A stable, important role within our operations.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience as a Senior Office Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency OR
• Four or more years of office or related clerical experience; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
• Training from an accredited vocational or business school may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required experience; Earned credit hours may substitute as well.
• All requested documents MUST be received by the closing date listed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet operations within the Business Operations Section.
• Receive/review monthly vehicle logs and assist with fleet budget management.
• Order license plates and manage fleet records, titling, and licensing of DOC vehicles and trailers.
• Prepare and submit fleet reports; review vehicle requests and manage WEX fuel cards.
• Serve as liaison between OA Fleet and OA Vehicle Maintenance; oversee FleetWave system data.
