Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and inventory readiness. The role includes coordinating with dealerships and body shops, preparing vehicles for rental, and ensuring accurate documentation within the inventory system.

You will assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, purchase orders, and driver organization, while monitoring shift activities and planning for future fleet

Qualifications

• Analytical skills and ability to deliver data-driven insights from reporting and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills to manage fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and drive results.
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week with some travel (5-10%).
• Willingness to wear a company uniform and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by daily inventory checks and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental by adding documentation, decals, and tags and updating inventory system.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
