SIXT, a global mobility leader, seeks a Fleet Support Administrator in Baltimore to ensure smooth daily fleet operations. You will manage repairs, work orders and inventory while supporting the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling and documentation.

This role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a starting pay of $25.75 per hour, with 40-hour weeks and 5–10% travel. Join a team focused on operational excellence and top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Availability for 40 hours/week, with 5–10% travel, some by air.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates and generating orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals and inventory entries.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules and future fleet demand.
