Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience in administrative support, preferably with drivers or fleet operations.
• Understanding of DOT requirements; experience in compliance support is a plus.
• Strong computer skills in Windows and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work independently and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager and Operations team.
• Assist with asset coordination and compliance activities to meet regulations.
• Manage invoices and administer fleet-related software systems.
• Support with fuel cards, Fleet Telematics, and Best Pass processes.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships and clear communication.
