Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Fleet Coordinator to oversee day-to-day fleet administration, maintenance scheduling, and records management for vehicles and equipment in Georgia. The role collaborates with field operations, safety, HR, accounting, and vendors to ensure proper vehicle assignment, maintenance, and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle assignments, preventive maintenance, inspections, fuel programs, and fleet records while tracking costs and ensuring adherence to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, transportation, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with fleet management software, GPS/telematics, and vehicle maintenance coordination is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations including vehicle assignments, availability, scheduling, and utilization.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles including registrations, insurance, mileage, maintenance, and repair history.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics, dealerships, towing companies, rental agencies, and other fleet service vendors.
• Monitor vehicle downtime and work to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management review.
