Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations, assignments, and maintenance across company vehicles and equipment. You will maintain comprehensive records, coordinate with mechanics, and track costs to minimize downtime and expenses.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in a construction or electrical contracting environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet coordination or transportation operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and service requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments and utilization.
• Maintain records for vehicles: registration, inspections, mileage, maintenance, repair history.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with external service vendors and dealerships.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management.
