Job summary

Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the company fleet.

This role coordinates vehicle maintenance, repairs, assignments, registrations, and fleet documentation to keep vehicles safe, compliant, and available for business needs.

You will act as the primary liaison between employees, vendors, dealerships, and our fleet lease provider to ensure timely service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, transportation or related operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs for the company fleet.
• Schedule service appointments with dealerships, vendors, and repair facilities to minimize downtime.
• Serve as primary liaison for employees on fleet-related questions, accidents, and vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate fleet records including registrations, insurance, inspections, and lease docs.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, transfers, replacements, and returns with managers and staff.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure required services are completed on time.
• Track warranty repairs and coordinate with manufacturers or vendors as needed.
• Work with fleet lease provider on new orders, replacements, and returns.
• Support fleet safety initiatives and driver communication of vehicle policies.
