Responsibilities

• Manage fleet vehicle program including ordering, maintenance coordination, utilization monitoring, inventory management, and disposition.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, reporting, and documentation throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
• Serve as primary liaison between affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management.
• Develop and implement fleet procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate facilities work orders, vendor management, and office moves.
